Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by conducting property presentations, guiding clients through transactions, and providing market insights. Additional duties include building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best deals tailored to client needs. The agent will collaborate closely with developers and other team members, contributing to the overall success of the company by meeting sales targets and maintaining the company's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with Real Property markets in Egypt and the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
