Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in El Tagamoa El Khames. The role requires working directly with clients to assist them in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, handling documentation, and staying up-to-date with market trends to provide informed guidance to clients. Collaboration with team members and maintaining client relationships is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales processes
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market trends and local property regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales-related roles is preferred
