Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years experience in Dubai real estate
• Experience in sales, leasing, or off-plan
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
• RERA certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Professional appearance and client-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
