Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The role involves providing professional property consulting services, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and conducting site visits to support clients in their property acquisition journeys. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to effectively guide clients in finding suitable properties.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in Sales to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
