Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, delivering training on product offerings, and contributing to sales strategy and management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to consult and close deals
  • Experience in Training and teaching key product features to stakeholders
  • Sales Management skills, including strategy development and performance tracking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
