Real estate sales manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate market

Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Solid knowledge of Primary Market (Off-Plan & Ready) and Secondary Market

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up with the sales team handling:

Primary Market (Off-Plan & Ready)

Secondary Market

Create a clear and strong sales strategy

Set KPIs and monitor team performance

Train the team on sales skills and real estate market knowledge

Follow up on new projects and attend briefings with developers

Conduct regular follow-ups, performance analysis, and evaluations

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed during the interview).
