Role Description

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is ideal for someone currently in a managerial roleor ready to step into onewho is eager to build a successful career in real estate, even if they are new to the Dubai property market.

The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents, drive performance, and help shape the company's sales culture. Extensive training will be provided, including government-approved and globally recognised real estate courses and certifications, ensuring candidates are fully equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and investor relationships
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Contribute to business growth through proactive leadership and team development

Qualification & Skills

  • Proven experience in a managerial, supervisory, or team leadership role (industry flexible)
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional
  • Highly motivated individual eager to transition or grow within the real estate field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales tools is an advantage but not required
