Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative based in Egypt. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client interactions, conducting property presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and sales processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
