This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Specialist at Property Shop Investment LLC. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, and managing properties as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service, conducting property appraisals, and effectively marketing properties. The Specialist will collaborate closely with other teams such as sales, marketing, leasing, and business development to achieve organizational goals.

• Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Experience in Sales within a real estate context
• Strong Customer Service skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and real estate-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
