As a Real Estate Supervisor, you will oversee and manage real estate operations, supporting noon's expansion strategy through site sourcing, lease negotiations, landlord coordination, and project handover. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our physical locations are secured efficiently and in alignment with the business's growth trajectory.
- Identify and secure strategic real estate locations for noon's various business verticals, including dark stores, warehouses, and offices.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and due diligence on prospective properties.
- Negotiate lease terms with property owners and developers to secure competitive and favorable deals.
- Manage all documentation related to real estate transactions including LOIs, MOUs, and lease agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and key real estate partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, legal, finance, and project management for smooth project execution and timely handovers.
- Track real estate market trends, price fluctuations, and zoning regulations to guide decision-making.
- Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and rent reviews to ensure timely action and cost efficiency.
- Support the real estate manager in preparing strategic expansion plans and market entry proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all real estate assets, contracts, and related documentation.
What you'll need:
- UAE national only with Family Book
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, or expansion roles.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience working with landlords, property consultants, and legal teams.
- Understanding of real estate laws, local zoning, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
