Aurantius Real Estate Broker is a German-owned real estate company in Dubai and we are expanding our sales support team. We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales Executive who is confident on the phone and experienced in making calls and collecting property inventory.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market, is comfortable speaking with owners and agents, and can secure quality listings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to property owners and agents
- Collect and verify property inventory for sale and rent
- Qualify property details including price, availability, and exclusivity
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the CRM
- Coordinate closely with property consultants and team leaders
- Follow up consistently to secure fresh and valid listings
- Meet daily and monthly call and inventory targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate telesales or inventory collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persistent, and target-driven
- Familiar with Dubai real estate areas and property types
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
