Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Real Estate Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with warm leads to introduce and sell the Dubai Insider Club programour exclusive platform designed to showcase top Off-Plan Projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling and guiding interested clients through the value of joining the program and exploring investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to warm leads provided by the company
- Present and promote the Dubai Insider Club program to potential clients
- Qualify client interest and guide them through available off-plan project options
- Schedule appointments, follow up, and nurture leads to conversion
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Achieve weekly and monthly telesales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements
- Previous telesales or real estate sales experience (preferably in Dubai off-plan)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and KPI-driven targets
- Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
