Role Description

We are seeking a Reception Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing front desk tasks such as greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining the reception area. This role also involves providing administrative and clerical support to the team, scheduling meetings, managing records, and ensuring seamless office operations. The Reception Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact and plays a vital role in maintaining professional communication and efficient office workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent receptionist duties skills to manage incoming communications and create a welcoming environment.
  • Demonstrates strong cold-calling communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills, including organizing records, scheduling, and maintaining efficient office processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.
