Job Purpose
To provide a professional and welcoming front-desk service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting basic administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Manage visitor registrations and meeting room bookings.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor arrangements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree is an advantage.
- 13 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
