Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide a professional and welcoming front-desk service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting basic administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage visitor registrations and meeting room bookings.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree is an advantage.
  • 13 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
