Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/ Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Aesthetic Clinic in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with experience in handling front-desk operations in a medical or aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and manage clinic appointments
  • Schedule and confirm patient consultations and follow-up visits
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update databases as needed
  • Ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/insurance)
  • Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and nurses for daily schedules
  • Manage daily front-desk operations and maintain cleanliness of reception area
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols
  • Promote clinic services, special offers, and skincare product sales
  • Handle patient complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist role (preferably in aesthetic, dermatology clinics)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Excellent computer skills MS Office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or aesthetic procedures is a strong advantage
  • Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinic
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service orientation
