Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by understanding the unique preferences and requirements of each client, assisting them in selecting customized bridal and evening wear. Key tasks include managing client consultations, maintaining strong relationships, driving sales, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless service delivery and contributing to the achievement of overall business goals.

Duties:

Attending calls and WhatsApp messages and entering all customer information including name, contact information, wedding details, dress details, etc

Reply to whatsapp messages and persuade new customers to buy/rent dresses (by sharing photos, attending to requests etc)

Record daily customers new inquiries through calls/whatsapp and prepare reports

Updating and recording the changes of the entered information

Taking new appointments

Send reminders for new and existing appointments with customers prior to their arrival. (size, prova etc)

Coordinating with Customer Service Manager/Sales Coordinator for payments, follow-ups and dress delivery.

Coordination of all required accessories arrangements upon dress delivery.

Make courtesy call and get testimonials

Record & follow-up on customer requests, complaints, feedbacks etc

Any other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager/Management

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience within a high-end fashion retail brand.

Apparel and Fashion industry knowledge.

Fluent in Arabic and Strong English.

Proficient in MS Office
