RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all inquiries and service requests related to construction projects.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to coordinate customer needs and solutions effectively.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and service agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to team meetings by providing insights from customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage difficult conversations effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
