- Address customer inquiries related to appointments, service queues, documentation, and general banking processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, including appointment confirmations, customer follow-ups, and general inquiries.
- Support branch operations by handling mail, courier services, and document distribution.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, data privacy standards, and service protocols.
- Follow all bank security procedures when handling customer identification and visitor access.
- Uphold the bank's brand image through professional behavior, grooming, and service quality.
Key Skills Required
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative.
- Banking sector experience is highly preferred, especially in handling both VIP and general customers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients at all levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
