Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff at our Cairo office. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical tasks. This is an on-site role, and the candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily administrative operations and maintaining a professional front desk environment.

• Proficient in Receptionist Duties and general Clerical Skills, such as managing schedules, appointments, and office correspondence
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to accurately handle inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members
• Ability to multitask, maintain organization, and work in a fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and phone systems
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus
