Job Description

Contract: 12 months (renewable and extendable)

Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle East

Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be based in our client's Dubai office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming front-desk experience while providing essential administrative support to the office.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Management

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage visitor sign-in and coordinate guest waiting and meeting arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriately
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area at all times

Reception & Office Support

  • Ensure the reception desk and common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup when needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages
  • Liaise with office vendors and service providers as required

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and scanning
  • Support HR, Finance, and Admin teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Assist with travel bookings or courier arrangements if needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin Assistant preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information discreetly
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other language will be a plus)
