Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be based in our client's Dubai office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming front-desk experience while providing essential administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Management
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage visitor sign-in and coordinate guest waiting and meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area at all times
Reception & Office Support
- Ensure the reception desk and common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup when needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages
- Liaise with office vendors and service providers as required
Administrative Support
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and scanning
- Support HR, Finance, and Admin teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Assist with travel bookings or courier arrangements if needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin Assistant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information discreetly
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other language will be a plus)
