Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to the team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and professional experience for all visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with the coordination of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all interactions and information handling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
