Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing high-quality administrative and front desk support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage multi-line phone system; direct calls appropriately
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
- Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
