Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to different departments.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other internal teams when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
