Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to different departments.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other internal teams when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
