Mandatory details/Skills-

  • Welcome all visitorsboth VIP and general customerswith a warm, professional, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in process and direct customers to the appropriate department or relationship manager.
  • Address customer inquiries related to appointments, service queues, documentation, and general banking processes.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, including appointment confirmations, customer follow-ups, and general inquiries.
  • Support branch operations by handling mail, courier services, and document distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, data privacy standards, and service protocols.
  • Follow all bank security procedures when handling customer identification and visitor access.
  • Uphold the bank's brand image through professional behavior, grooming, and service quality.

Key Skills Required

  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Banking sector experience is highly preferred, especially in handling both VIP and general customers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
