Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs, access cards, and meeting room bookings
  • Manage front desk activities including mail handling, courier coordination, and reception supplies
  • Provide administrative support to departments when required
  • Uphold company image and ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and presentable
  • Handle basic document filing, data entry, and internal communication support
  • Coordinate with office administration, HR, and facility teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and organizing internal requests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • UAEN with a Family Book
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
