Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team on-site at our center in Qesm El Maadi. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming experience. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks and coordinating communication between staff and clients while maintaining the overall orderliness of the reception area.
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or wellness
• Excellent Arabic (native) and good English, written and spoken
• A naturally warm, grounded personality—your energy sets the tone for the space
• Composure under pressure: the busier it gets, the calmer you should be
• Comfortable with booking systems or ERP tools (Odoo is a plus)
• Flexible availability including peak hours, evenings, and weekends when needed
