Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located at our Dubai property. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling inquiries both in-person and over the phone. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a tidy reception area, managing correspondence, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking skills
  • Basic Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Reception Management software
  • Problem-Solving abilities and a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional, approachable, and friendly in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration or hospitality is beneficial)
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
