Recruiter

Allegiance Real Estate is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Dubai.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels

• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver relevant talent

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions

• Coordinate interviews, assessments and offers

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates

• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or nationalities is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, target-driven and highly organized personality

• Strong stakeholder management skills
