Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with production and operations departments to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through local networks, job fairs, labor offices, referrals, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with labor brokers, vocational centers, and local sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the role's technical and behavioral requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records for recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Support workforce planning and coordinate with HR Admin/Payroll to ensure timely hiring.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with labor market dynamics for blue-collar recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
