This is an on-site, full-time Recruiter role located in Qesm Embaba. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, identifying talent through various channels, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with Egyrecruitment's commitment to quality, efficiency, and ethical recruitment practices.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of employer branding, and industry-specific hiring trends
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt and the MENA region
