Elysian Real Estate is an established Dubai real estate brokerage with over 20 years of experience in the market. We specialise in Secondary Sales, Leasing and Off-Plan, working with some of Dubai's leading luxury developers and maintaining a strong presence in the secondary market, particularly as specialists in Palm Jumeirah.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent team.

This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting both our Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales teams. A key focus will be proactively headhunting experienced real estate brokers within the UAE, alongside international recruitment where appropriate.

You will work closely with both hiring managers, balancing recruitment priorities and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates across the two divisions.

Real estate recruitment experience is not essential. What is important is experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, strong headhunting ability and the confidence to pick up the phone and engage passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and headhunting through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced real estate brokers within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct regular outbound calls and confidently engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with both hiring managers, balancing their recruitment priorities and requirements.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience, track record, motivation and overall suitability.
• Manage interviews, feedback, offers and candidate communication through to joining.
• Recruit internationally where appropriate and support overseas candidates through the relocation process.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• Dubai-based and local hiring experience
• Experience working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and approaching passive candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Commercial, proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Real estate and/or international recruitment experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
