Job Description

We are hiring a Real Estate Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our real estate team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

The Real Estate Recruiter will play a key role in growing the team, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and supporting the Office Manager with HR-related processes. You will ensure hiring aligns with company needs, compliance, and best practices, helping the business attract and retain high-performing talent.

The Role:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for real estate and administrative roles
  • Manage job postings across platforms, including LinkedIn and recruitment portals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Coordination & Support

  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and outcomes in the CRM

Data & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics, candidate progress, and hiring timelines
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management on hiring status and outcomes
  • Maintain clean and updated recruitment data in internal systems

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in recruitment workflows and suggest process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and company standards
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires into the business

Location & Compensation

  • Based in Dubai (in-office, 5 days per week)
  • Salary: AED TBC per annum + Commission
