We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- +3 years experience in Engineering field is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
