We are looking for a skilled Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and a diverse range of career levels from entry-level to senior levels. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.
Your Job
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, with a focus on technical and business-critical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates qualifications, and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews.
- Collaborate with technical panels to design and implement customized assessments for specific roles.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the talent market, ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
- continuously refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including technical roles
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Recruitment experience within a fast-growth company
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured hiring frameworks
