Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding to attract and integrate top talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3+ years HR experience (real estate or service industries preferred).

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Excellent communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus.
