This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, including posting job vacancies, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring pipeline. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to establish hiring goals, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The position also involves developing recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs and contribute to its growth.

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and databases
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
