About the Role:
As a Recruiter at TASC, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organization. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies during recruitment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
