Job Description

About the Role:

As a Recruiter at TASC, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organization. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. This role offers an opportunity to build strong networks, develop recruitment expertise, and contribute to the growth of TASC's workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies during recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
