We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
