Job Description
Company Description WAHA Home Appliances is a dynamic company specializing in distributing a wide range of high-quality home appliances across Egypt. Founded in 1991.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms is a plus.
