We're Hiring | Business Development Executive / 360° Recruitment Consultant |Antal International

We're growing our Dubai team and looking for a commercially driven professional to join Antal International.

This is a client-facing role combining business development, consultative sales, client relationship management, and recruitment. You'll build new business, develop lasting client relationships, understand hiring needs, and work closely with our recruitment team to deliver the right talent.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage new clients across the UAE/GCC.
• Build and manage a strong business development pipeline.
• Develop relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Pitch Antal's recruitment and talent solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
• Advise clients on talent availability, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• For 360° consultants, manage the recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Build strong candidate and client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BD, sales, recruitment, or 360° recruitment.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
