The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to manage the entire hiring process for our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients across the Gulf region.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidates and manage recruitment workflows.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Business development and generating Revenue
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the Gulf region.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
