We are seeking candidates with proven senior-level recruiting experience supported by a passion for recruitment is a must.
Only candidates with experience in developing new business and recruitment will be considered.
What you will do
- Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Win new business and develop long-term partnerships.
- Consistently deliver against billing targets and KPIs.
- Represent a high-performance, collaborative culture built on growth and achievement.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Effectively communicate with the hiring team on a pro-active basis.
- Prepare candidates with role expectations and company insights.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Work on internal HR projects as needed and be proactive to introduce process improvements as required.
What are we looking for
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, across industries preferably in a agency setting
- Proven billing and new business success you know how to win and deliver
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and be self-motivated
