Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic principal consultant to join our team to support our current client accounts while bringing in new business for 2026.

We are seeking candidates with proven senior-level recruiting experience supported by a passion for recruitment is a must.

Only candidates with experience in developing new business and recruitment will be considered.

What you will do

  • Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Win new business and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently deliver against billing targets and KPIs.
  • Represent a high-performance, collaborative culture built on growth and achievement.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Effectively communicate with the hiring team on a pro-active basis.
  • Prepare candidates with role expectations and company insights.
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Work on internal HR projects as needed and be proactive to introduce process improvements as required.

What are we looking for

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, across industries preferably in a agency setting
  • Proven billing and new business success you know how to win and deliver
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and be self-motivated
