Take job briefs from Managers and Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to ensure correct candidate targeting
Prepare market mappings as assigned by the respective Director/Manager
Actively source, shortlist, screen, and brief candidates for the Manager/Director
Create high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role, and regional job market
Maintain trackers to monitor progress across various client roles, serving as a personal database
Update records of active candidates in the recruitment database
Manage interview processes between clients and candidates: prepare candidates for interviews, schedule meetings, and liaise with the logistics team for travel and accommodation arrangements when required
