Job Description

The Recruitment Section Head leads and manages all the operational activities of recruitment function within the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for developing effective recruitment activities, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract quality candidates.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best recruitment practices.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR recruitment technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRIS, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
