What you'll d
- oDevelop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines
- .Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers consult on hiring plans, role design, market intelligence and competitive salary positioning
- .Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications, clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation
- .Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines, report metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, conversion rates) and continuously improve processes
- .Lead creative outreach campaigns (email sequences, social content, events) and experiment with new channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill

- rBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- .3+ years proven recruitment experience agency background strongly preferred
- .Deep experience with ATS platforms, candidate sourcing tools and common HR systems
- .Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- .Outstanding candidate assessment skills: role-fit, cultural fit and potential for growth
- .Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
