We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate recruitment experience and an in-depth understanding of the Qatar job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Demonstrate proven experience in manpower planning, recruitment budgeting, and
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and other online job portals for sourcing and talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
