Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail recruitment, preferably within the perfume industry, and a passion for sourcing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail roles.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Handle recruitment through government platforms such as HADAF, Tawteen, Tamheer, and Ajeer.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Manage contracts and hiring processes through Qiwa.
- Ensure alignment with Saudization regulations and targets.
- Coordinate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide insights on market trends and suggest innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 25 years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the perfume industry.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market.
