Full-cycle of recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees.
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities- Act as a central point of contact for all recruitment matters and coordinate between the business and the central recruitment team.
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Scanning for candidates
- Reference and Background Checks
- Long list candidates
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Preparing job offers
- Prepare monthly recruitment reports
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills
- Computer and Internet proficiency
