Role Summary

Full-cycle of recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for all recruitment matters and coordinate between the business and the central recruitment team.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:
    • Scanning for candidates
    • Reference and Background Checks
    • Long list candidates
    • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
    • Preparing job offers
    • Prepare monthly recruitment reports
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer and Internet proficiency
